Online Counseling If you struggle with prioritizing what is important in your life, or have challenges with time management, let’s turn these challenges into focus points for online counseling! For those residing in California, we meet 1-on-1 securely on our personalized, HIPPA-compliant Telehealth platform. Session length typically varies from 20, 30, 40, or 60 minutes. We will factor in your weekly schedule, as well as your financial situation, in order to craft a tailored treatment plan. Generally, 6-8 sessions are booked to start. Every 1-2 weeks, we will set the intention of working through or uncovering agenda items, then processing them and/or developing solutions. We are never done learning. Common areas of focus are managing relationships, finding purpose, developing spirituality or faith, or cultivating happiness. We make it a priority to think creatively and approach different angles. As you know, if we only do what we’ve always done, we will get what we’ve always gotten!
